IEEE policy regarding posting to Arxiv:
Authors are permitted to post the accepted versions of their papers on Arxiv. The posted paper must include the following Notice:
"© 20xx IEEE. Personal use of this material is permitted. Permission from IEEE must be obtained for all other uses, in any current or future media, including reprinting/republishing this material for advertising or promotional purposes, creating new collective works, for resale or redistribution to servers or lists, or reuse of any copyrighted component of this work in other works."
Once the paper has been published, the copyright notice must include a full citation to the original IEEE publication, including a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

*All accepted papers need to be accompanied with a full-registration, without which the paper will be removed from the schedule and excluded from the proceedings.
*Poster size, including margins, should not exceed 3 feet x 3 feet.
*It is the responsibility of the authors to print their posters and put up during the specified sessions.
*Oral presentation is 20 minutes per paper including Q&A unless the session/workshop organizer informs the authors otherwise.
