Registration Fee
Big Buddy Author Registration Includes: Covers one Conference Registration and 2 Student Registrations, along with coverage of up to 3 paper registrations in any category.
Author Registration Includes: Admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, conference program book, USB Proceedings, admission to Receptions,Conference Banquet, and coffee breaks. Covers ONLY 1 paper registration.
Conference Registration Includes: Admission to all conference sessions, workshops, tutorials, conference program book, USB Proceedings, admission to Receptions, Conference Banquet, and coffee breaks.
Student Conference Registration Includes: Admission to all conference sessions.
*All Registration Fees are in Canadian Dollars.
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 15 August 2017. There will be an administrative fee of CAD$150 deducted from each refund.
Extra tickets (for the Receptions and the Excursion and Gala Dinner) can be bought on the spot while the stocks last!
**Lost Conference Badges and Lunch tickets can be replaced for an additional payment of $55 on the spot - ONLY for previously registered participants!
